The MMWW Leadership Team comprises of leaders in ministry throughout the SWFL community. These leaders demonstrate true passion to serve the Lord by coming together to share their God-given talents, gifts and abilities to help organize the yearly Leadership Conference in SWFL. This conference is truly an opportunity for SWFL ministries to come together and fellowship with training and spiritual growth to go from “glory to glory”. The annual event also serves as another way churches can continue to provide their members, guests and leaders an opportunity of ministry and growth. The entire team works tirelessly to organize, fast and pray and receive training in preparation of the event. The leaders meet weekly and are provided training from other published and public leaders from across the country. It is important to me that we continue to grow the leaders to be able to also go back to their individual ministries to apply that knowledge to help the local ministries grow as well. These leaders are also able to apply these skills to every area of their lives.
I am proud of their efforts to make every conference a success and we look forward to growing the leadership team with new leaders joining the team. Together we have fun and experience the true joy of serving the Lord in spirit and truth. The team has physical gatherings, zoom meetings, fast and prayer shut-ins, attend other conferences and support local ministry. Jesus tells us if one can send a thousand to flight and two -ten thousand, we are looking forward to growing out of our conference venues every year. This year, July 6th, the Charlotte Harbor Convention Center can hold 1,500. Tickets are selling fast and we don’t want anyone to miss it as this year we are seeing God’s hand move in every detail of this conference. God has a new line-up of dynamic, spirit-filled speakers with praise and worship from ministries in SWFL comprising of bands, choirs, soloists, groups and praise dance teams. We have a new production manager, Rev. Lance Abercrombia who has been elected to the Florida Gospel Music Awards board. We are so excited for the talent and expertise God has equipped us with for this year and the years to come.
It is all about the Kingdom of God.
This is an opportunity that I am humbled to be the pastor leading this spectacular group. I love the diversity of the body of Christ and all its members as we come together to do the Lord’s will and work without selfish ambition!
